Zhejiang Jinxin Chemical Fibre Co. Ltd, located its melt direct-spun polyester filament plant in Shaoxing Qianqing Development Zone, Zhejiang, adjunct to national highway G104 and G329, 1 mile course to Qianqing Raw Material Market of China Textile City and it takes within 20 minutes to drive from Xiaoshan International Airport and urban area of Hangzhou City and Shaoxing City to the company site. The project occupies 600mu, including 200mu for phase I unit with total building coverage of 80, 000 square meters, while the project is invested with 0.8 billion yuan (0.6 fixed assets and 0.2 billion cash).
The polyester project of 180kt/yr polycondensation capacity is designed by China Textile Industry Design Institute, including 130kt/yr direct-spun polyester filament yarn unit and 50kt/yr polyester chip unit. The filament units are equipped with German Barmag spinning lines, 4 FDY lines from Japan TMT, 6 POY lines from German Barmag. The unit has been running healthily since startup on May 8, 2006, yielding high-quality products and serving a lot of customers. |
